Agricultural Shows

Rural North Yorkshire a part of the country very involved with agriculture, is a very beautiful place to live. Going hand-in-hand with agriculture is agricultural shows. In North Yorkshire there are numerous local agricultural shows and many larger regional ones, the largest being The Great Yorkshire Show.

Held in Harrogate, The Great Yorkshire Show is one of the largest shows in the whole country, and boasts the largest number of trade exhibitors of any other! So, having said that, and reason for this mention is that here at Nuwave Display we are frequently asked how to brand a trade stand at an agricultural show?

There are numerous options; firstly one way to brand your stand is to provide high level signage shouting ‘this is our name and this is where we are’. So, ideally we would recommend advertising flags for this, something that can be seen from a distance. Flags displayed at high level or just tall flags with a logo or simple message work well. Simple in design they are primarily used to draw attention to a trade stand.

Secondly, a branded gazebo, not only provides an eye-catching and professional display, they also serve a very practical purpose of providing potential customers with shelter should the weather be inclement, or provide cool cover on a sweltering hot day! Gazebos can be branded on the roof canopy, on the roof pelmet or on any of the wall panels, front or back, so numerous options. Also, the Nuwave Display popup gazebos can be supplied with a wheeled carry bag making them very easy to transport between shows.

An exceptionally cost effective way to brand a stand at an agricultural show is to have a pvc banner printed. Cheap, versatile, very robust and quite simply they ‘do a job’ the pvc banner has been around for years and continues to have a prominent place in branding a company or an event today.

For the smaller indoor, craft table exhibits, a branded tablecloth or tablerunner can be very effective.  Have your own logo put onto a tablecloth to create a very professional display.  The tablecloth can be used time and time again (and is washable!), a very cost effective solution.
