Nuwave Display has supplied some medium sized popout banners and a series of large windchaser flags for Oxford University Sports Department. Having decided that the Sports Department wanted to increase their profile, Oxford University commissioned Nuwave to manufacture some portable flags and banners.
Designed in house, the large windchaser flags, that stand a total height of 4.5m, and the medium popout banners, all feature large images of sportsmen and women from the university competing in their chosen sports.
Having been really pleased with the popout banners and flags, Oxford University came back to Nuwave to enquire if bespoke fabrics could be made to hang within their sports hall. Absolutely no problem at all, was the response and various sizes and numerous designs of fabric wall hangings were made. The specification for these included reinforced headers with eyelets for hanging and weights sewn in along the bottom of the fabric. The end result was very effective...
