Standard Loose Fit Tablecloths option 2

Printed in full colour digital print onto 220gsm display fabric, the all over printed tablecloths and runners are hemmed on all round. They are made to fit standard folding event tables, ranging from 4' wide up to 8' wide - (for table sizes see product detail tab below). If you require a bespoke size, we can do that also. Tick the box for bespoke and supply the table size at checkout and we will sort it from there.

Like all our all our bespoke made tablecloths, they are dye-sub printed onto certified flame retardant fabric. The dye-sub print process means that the fabric is literally dyed, so it is near impossible to scratch or damage the print, and is totally odour free; unlike say UV printed material which scratches and cracks fairly easily and has a very particular smell. Like all dye-sub prints they can be machine washed on a low temperature wash.

Custom printed tablecoths can be made with the back draping down approx 30cm at the back, or with a full back, so it falls to the floor.

If you want a pantone matched printed tablecloth, ensure that it is flagged up and we will match as closely as we can.

Nuwave custom printed tablecloths are made to fit tables of the following size:

4ft - 122cm (w) x 60cm (d) x 72cm (h)

5' - 152cm x 72cm x 72cm

6' - 183cm x 72cm x 72cm

8' - 244cm x 72cm x72cm

If your table differs markedly from these sizes, select the nearest size to your table and then tick the bespoke size box. At check out tell us the dimesnions of your table and we will do the rest.

  1. A printed tablecloth or table runner creates a professional image for any company display, that will attract attention and create an outstanding impression.
  2. Printed onto high quality display fabric the tablecloth or runner is flame retardant and will last for years. Should you suffer an unfortunate spillage, the tablecloth or runner can be washed in warm soapy water, once dried it will look just like new.
  3. Being hemmed on all four sides, the tablecloth or runner will not fray.
  4. The tablecloth can be made to fit your table exactly, just a quick fold and velcro and your table and tablecloth will look really neat. A loose back flap allows easy access to retrieve and stow items out of sight.
  5. A table runner is even easier to store due to its size. Our most popular size is 2m x 1m which allows for a drape down the front of the table.
  6. A table runner brightens up and personalises a boring white tablecloth quite often provided as standard at a conference.
  7. To make sure your tablecloth will fit snugly, you can buy both your table and tablecloth from this website.
  1. What are your branded tablecloths made from?
    Our branded tablecloths are made from 220gsm flame retardant display fabric.
  2. What is a table runner?
    A table runner is a piece of fabric used over a tablecloth, an even more cost effective means of branding a display table.
  3. What happens if I spill something on my tablecloth?
    The display fabric that we use to make the tablecloths is washable. Just use warm soapy water and your tablecloth will be as good as new.

  1. Once you have decided which size and style of tablecloth you require, we will send you the relevant artwork template, for you to design your own artwork. We can print directly from most vectored or high resolution formats; see our Artwork Requirements tab above. Once you have designed your artwork on our template, upload it using the Upload Artwork tabe below or send by email to artwork@nuwavedisplay.com if small enough.
  2. We appreciate that not everyone can design their own layouts so we are more than happy to help layout your artwork for you. For all orders over £100 we offer a simple service free of charge. For orders under £100 we charge £20 which covers 45 minutes of studio time. In any case, where design requirements need more time or need more expert input we will quote before embarking upon the request. In order for us to proceed once you have ordered, please send your logo(s) and design brief by email to artwork@nuwavedisplay.com or use the Upload Artwork tab below where files are too large to email.
